Tennille N. Lesnar grew up in Gardner, North Dakota, and went on to study at North Dakota State University before transferring to Minnesota State University Moorhead. She started her career in 2013 as a legal secretary with Anderson, Bottrell, Sanden & Thompson (now ABST Law), where she worked for 10 years. In April 2023, she joined Pladson Law Office and has been part of the team ever since. Tennille lives in Fargo with her husband, Jahde, and their three dogs—Leonard, Leo, and Nellie—who keep life fun and busy.
Olivia Wollschlager, Paralegal
Olivia is a paralegal at Pladson Law Office, where she brings a strong passion for family law and a commitment to supporting clients through complex legal matters. She began her career with the firm as a legal assistant in 2017, took a brief hiatus to focus on raising her young children, and returned in 2023 with renewed purpose and experience.
Olivia earned her degree in Paralegal Studies in 2024 and continues to build her expertise in the legal field. She lives in Fargo with her husband and three children, balancing her professional dedication with a strong family life.
